30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy for eligible orders. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
Defects Within 30 Days
If your item has a defect within 30 days of delivery, Mentra will pay return shipping and offer a full refund after we review and confirm the issue.
1-Year Warranty
Mentra Live includes a 1-year limited warranty for covered defects. For approved warranty claims, Mentra provides free return shipping and a free replacement.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we processed your refund, please contact us at support@mentraglass.com.
