Returns & warranty
Full policyWe offer 30-day returns for eligible orders. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
If your item has a defect within 30 days of delivery, Mentra will pay return shipping and offer a refund after we review and confirm the issue.
Mentra Live includes a 1-year limited warranty for covered defects. For approved warranty claims, Mentra provides return shipping and a replacement.

Yes. A remote expert can use your Microsoft Teams account to see the worker’s point-of-view camera and guide the job in real time while the worker stays hands-free.

Yes. Mentra applications can connect with your ERP, CRM, ticketing, knowledge, inspection, and work-order systems through their available APIs.
Can we keep software, AI, and operational data private?
Yes. You choose the AI services and data path. Deployments can run on-premises, in your cloud, across hybrid infrastructure, or in a fully air-gapped environment.

You cannot swim with Mentra Lives, but they are fine for light rain, sweat, and everyday use. Don't wear them in heavy rain.

Yes, you can take videos, photos, calls, listen to music, and more without internet.

What is the Infinity Cable?
The Infinity Cable is a special cable that plugs into your glasses and lets you charge them while you wear them for infinite battery life. It's powered by a battery pack, your phone, or anything with USB-C.

What is MentraOS?
MentraOS is an open-source operating system (OS). It's the industry-leading OS, built for Even Realities, Vuzix, Mentra Live, and more. Open source means a product's design or source code is publicly accessible, allowing anyone to view, modify, and distribute it, fostering collaborative development and transparency.
How do we integrate custom software with Mentra Live?
Use the Mentra Bluetooth SDK to connect your Android or iOS software directly to Mentra Live. Your software can control the camera, speakers, microphones, touchpad, and buttons, work offline, and integrate without depending on Mentra-hosted cloud infrastructure. Does Mentra Live work with iOS and Android?
Yes, through the Mentra app. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.
Does Mentra Live store my data?
MentraOS only stores your email address and the software you have installed. Users can view all their data and delete all their data directly in the Mentra app.
Can we deploy private software to Mentra Live?
Yes. Mentra Live runs the open-source MentraOS platform. Create software with direct access to the camera, microphones, speakers, and AI, then deploy it privately to your own devices or distribute it through the Mentra Miniapp Store.
